In phase three, you will be reducing your Ideal Protein Program meals to only one per day and eating two home-cooked meals. During this phase, it’s time to reintroduce some carbohydrates and fat into your diet to get your body accustomed to it in a safe and effective way which won’t affect your weight loss.
Phase 4: Returning to Normal Eating & Maintaining Your Weight Loss
In phase four, you return to regular eating, however, by this time you have been educated on how food metabolizes in the body, what foods will facilitate in the maintenance of your weight loss long-term, and how you can make healthy choices. Maintaining your weight loss with the Ideal Protein Program will be a lifestyle, rather than a temporary quick-fix diet.
